Our returns policy is limited to 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Personalised jewellery is not eligible for return.
If you have purchased a piece of jewellery that does not fit, eg a ring, please contact us so we can organise for it to be resized. There is a resizing fee applicable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
